Notation: If \(R\) is a relation, the book uses \(aRb \) to mean that \(a\) is related to \(b\); that is, \( (a,b)\in R\). The book also mentions other notations, such as \(a \sim b\) instead of \(aRb \).
Note: we may need two days for this problem set, but please be prepared to fully present at least 2 problems each day. You should always complete as much of the problem set as possible.
